| Form for advertisers to renew or alter existing Joblink Xtra ads |
| PLEASE READ CAREFULLY This form enables people who already have adverts on the 'Joblink Xtra' page to request alteration or de-activation of their ads, or renewal for another nine months. Alteration is also regarded as a renewal, so the altered ad goes back to the top even if it is not due for renewal. This form must NOT be used for the ordinary 'Joblink' page. There is a separate form for that. If you are simply renewing and nothing has changed, there's no need to bother with the 'alterations requested' box. In the email field, enter the email address that appears in your original ad, even if you no longer use it. Change of email address must be notified in the 'alteration requested' box. |
| Please don't submit more than once. If you are altering your entry, the changes may not happen for two or three days. That's because this is NOT a completely automated process. The automated message you will get telling you that the form itself has been accepted does not mean that the contents of it have been accepted. It will be dealt with by a real person. |
