This form is for RAM models to ask for a username and password so they can access the RAM members' area. The contact details for all UK jobs advertised on this site can be found there, as well as other information. We will try to email your username and password to you within 24 hours. DO NOT USE THIS FORM if you already have a password but have lost it. If you do, you'll get a new password, which won't work. Use the reminder form instead. If you are not a RAM registered life model, there's no point in submitting this form. If the number you enter is not a valid RAM number, the application will be ignored. If you enter a valid RAM number, it will be checked against your name and email address. |
