Are you getting it right?

Sometimes, when members contact us to complain that their passwords won't work, it turns out that they are simply not entering them accurately.  The most common errors are getting the case wrong (smith instead of Smith, for example), and putting spaces in.  Password systems hate spaces.

Has your membership lapsed?

If your RAM membership lapsed within the past three months, you should contact us using this form.  If it was longer ago, you will need to reapply for membership, using this form

Did you downgrade your membership?

If you had PREMIUM membership but chose to downgrade to BASIC membership last time you renewed, you are no longer entitled to use the Website services.  You can restore your membership to PREMIUM at any time on payment of the supplementary fee.  Use this form to request details.
